Food Network's Katie Lee Judges 'Caption This' Contest for LG Door-in-Door Refrigerator Grand Prize

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., June 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tapping into the creativity across America, LG Electronics USA is inviting consumers to participate in the "LG Life's Good in the Kitchen 'Caption This' Contest," for a chance to win LG's newest Door-in-Door® refrigerator*. Through the end of July, consumers have the opportunity to create witty captions that accompany a scene from one of LG's new home appliance commercials.

LG is teaming up with Food Network's The Kitchen by outfitting the set with the latest LG kitchen appliances and helping create 'Life's Good' moments in the kitchen.  Co-host Katie Lee will help select the entries with the most attention-grabbing captions that capture the fun, humorous moments of everyday life.

By writing a caption that captures what moms are thinking in the LG commercials, consumers can demonstrate their creativity and unleash their sense of humor to the world, sharing what 'Life's Good' means to them. Lee and the LG judging panel will help select the top five finalists for each of the four kitchen scenes, and fans of LG's Facebook page will vote to determine the winners.

The winner will receive the grand prize: LG's latest Door-in-Door® refrigerator with CustomChill™ Drawer (model LMXS30776S).  Three runners-up will each receive prizes consisting of a gift card to a home store in amounts ranging from $100 to 500.
