ATHENS, AL (WZDX) - Police are looking for two men who stole a truck from the city of Triana and used it to steal an ATM from a Tanner Crossroads convenience store.

According to Athens police reports, an officer on patrol found the Bud's convenience store at U.S. Highway 31 and Huntsville Brownsferry Road had been broken into around 2:45 a.m. and the ATM machine was gone.

Investigators said security video showed two men in a white pickup truck pull up to the store, throw a concrete block through the front door and steal the machine. The truck, which had been stolen, was found this morning by Triana's police chief.

Police said the men had black hoodies and black pants on, and one of the men was wearing plaid underwear.

Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call Investigator Jonathan Caldwell at 256-233-8700.
