DECATUR, AL (WZDX) - Police said community complaints led them to a man's home and a kilo of cocaine Thursday.

According to police reports, members of the Decatur Police Department's Organized Crime Unit searched a home in the Kimberly Pines Trailer Court Thursday after receiving several complaints about drug activity. Drug agents said they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $36,000 worth of cocaine in the home of John David Sanchez, 21.

Sanchez is charged with cocaine trafficking, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said they are working to have his bond on a previous felony charge revoked.
