NASA wants the public's input on the design for its next prototype space suit.
NASA has teamed up with ILC, the suit's vendor, and Philadelphia University and produced the Z-2 spacesuit prototype. The suit will be used in testing.
The public can vote on three different designs for the suit here.
The suit will not actually be used in a space environment. Instead, it will be used for evaluations of mobility, comfort and performance and vacuum chamber testing.
The suit is expected to be built by November 2014.
