HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAAY) - The Alabama Hammers will host Richmond Monday night at the VBC for the Professional Indoor Football League championship.
Huntsville's indoor football team defeated the Albany Panthers July 1st to advance to the title game.
The Hammers are 10-2 on the season and looking for the city's first indoor football league championship since 2008 when the Tennessee Valley Vipers won the ArenaCup.
The PIFL championship game will begin at 7 p.m. at the Von Braun Center.
The Hammers swept the two regular season meetings between the two teams.
