Strong and severe storms will move from west to east across the Tennessee Valley from about mid-morning Thursday through early evening. The main threats are damaging winds and hail. There is a small tornado threat.
The best chance at seeing an isolated tornado or two would be along/east of I-65 during the afternoon.

WEEKEND: The weekend looks excellent! Although Saturday will be fairly cool (compared to recent days...we're topping out around 70°), expect plentiful sunshine. Sunday looks great, as well. Highs will be much warmer (mid to upper 70s!), with a mix of clouds and sun.
