1. The body of a 20-month-old was found in a wooded area in Etowah County. Toddler Maliyah Lindsay had been missing since March 5th.

2. No charges are expected for an Albertville man who shot and killed a burglar at his home Tuesday evening. Investigators say they are treating it as a homeowner defending his property.

3. 30 meth labs were found and four arrests were made in Franklin County where investigators made the bust after a citizen called in to report a "shake and bake" meth lab being tossed out of a car window.
