Family Asked to Remove Flag from Condo - FOX 54 WZDX – Huntsville News, Weather and Sports

A Huntsville soldier and his wife were asked by his Condo association to remove the American Flag he had flying outside their unit at Stepping Stone Condominiums.

Now, the note used to share that request has created a Facebook frenzy, with more than 1,000 shares.

In that note, management claimed flying a flag at the complex was a violation of the Homeowners Association's bylaws.  The couple was asked to "remove [the flag] as soon as possible to keep the community as tidy as possible."

On Tuesday, the Patriot Guard was standing outside the complex in protest.
