According to our news partners at the Decatur Daily, Rodney Hagood won't be charged with murder, after a Valentine's day incident that left his ex-wife dead.

Hagood remains behind bars in Morgan County on manslaughter charges.

According to an incident report, Hagood pushed Stacey Hagood when she fell, hit her head, and died.
