The winter weather blast hit the hardest right down the middle of the Valley. An all-day drama played out Thursday on Interstate 65.
Traffic was halted in both directions on the road after several accidents when snow began falling around 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
It wasn't until two hours later that cars began to move southbound. The northbound lanes also saw some movement. Some cars that were stopped during the one o'clock hour in the Southbound lanes were still on the interstate, having moved less than ten miles at 10:00 p.m.
At the time of this post, the traffic was finally moving very slowly.
