Federal Agents say Ball Cap Bandit Hits Central Alabama Bank - FOX 54 WZDX – Huntsville News, Weather and Sports

An FBI spokesman says agents believe the man known as the "Ball Cap Bandit" is behind a robbery Monday afternoon in Hamilton.

That's when the Peoples Trust Bank was robbed.

Authorities believe Cedrick Lamond Hicks of Huntsville is behind the Hamilton robbery. He also is wanted for several robberies in north Alabama and southern Tennessee, and as far away as Memphis and Arkansas.

The suspect became known as the "Ball Cap Bandit" because he wore baseball caps during several of the robberies.
