Arrest in Rainsville Fred's Shooting

45-year-old Kelly Jack Mayo of Ft. Payne is facing five charges in Dekalb County-two of them attempted murder. Police busted Mayo in Cedartown, GA, and says he attempted to rob a Fred's store there.
