Body Found, Thought to be Person of Interest in Murder Case
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Madison County Sheriff's Office investigators found a body in northern Madison County Tuesday morning.
A Huntsville Utilities crew found the body around 8:15 a.m. about 25 feet off of B.H. Reeves Road, near the Alabama-Tennessee state line. Sources say the body was covered with debris.
Sources within the Madison County Sheriff's Office say the body is likely that of Warren Vincent Crutcher, who was wanted as person of interest in connection with four murders Monday in Lincoln County, Tenn. A final determination has not been made yet.
Officials are planning a news conference for later today.
