Cedric Devon Rembert, 18; Devonte Kesean Nance, 20, and a 16-year-old are charged with burglary. Investigators say more charges are pending.
The victims said three men forced their way into a home on Ginnery Row around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. A 16-year-old girl at the home was assaulted, and the homeowner said he was driven to an ATM to withdraw money.
The homeowner told investigators he was able to get away and eventually made it back to the home.
Investigators were initially searching for three different suspects, based on information they say they received from the victims. After further investigation, they determined Rembert, Nance and the juvenile in custody were the ones responsible for the robbery.
