1. Bridge Street announced Belk will be moving in. The Belk at Madison Square Mall will close when the new store opens in the Fall of 2014.

2. In Florence, UNA police are investigation an alleged sexual assault. The student victim says it happened just after midnight Wednesday in the campus parking deck.

3. Convicted UAHuntsville killer Amy Bishop won't stand trial for the murder of her brother. Prosecutors in Massachusetts withdrew the murder charge Friday because Bishop is already serving a life sentence for killing three co workers.

4. Hundreds gathered at Huntsville's Veteran's Memorial for a tribute to Alabama veterans killed in the Vietnam war. This year is the 50th anniversary of the war.

5. The 2012 Courtland Air Show is cleared for take off. The show begins at 3:00 on Saturday in Lawrence County.

6. Apple is apologizing for its maps app on the iPhone 5, saying it fell short on its commitment. CEO Tim Cook says the company is doing everything it can to make maps better.

7. Facebook is getting into the gift giving business. The social network unveiled a new tool that lets user buy gifts for one another ranging from cupcakes to sunglasses.

8. Caught on tape, a man snatches a $900 puppy from a Pennsylvania pet store. He sticks the pup under his sweatshirt and walks right out the door.

9. A 17 year old student in Florida was suspended because of his hair. The school's principal says his 17 inch tall mohawk is too extreme and causes a disturbance in school.
