Man Accused of Killing Motorcyclist in Wreck Due in Court

A Hartselle man at the center of a deadly wreck, is due in court September 4th.

Timothy Hall is set to have a preliminary hearing in the Limestone County Courthouse.

On August 19th, 48-year-old Mark Holt of Toney, Alabama was traveling west on his motorcycle when he was struck head-on by an eastbound vehicle driven by Hall that crossed the center line.

Holt died at the scene.

Hall faces charges of murder by traffic homicide.
