Kanye West to Join "Idol" Judges Table? - FOX 54 WZDX – Huntsville News, Weather and Sports

It looks like Kanye West may be watching the throne from the judge's seat on "American Idol."

TMZ saying the Hip Hop star is in talks to join Randy Jackson, Mariah Carey and possibly Nicki Minaj as the new judge for the FOX show.

According to reports, Idol executives reached out to West and he has expressed interest. But, the deal is not totally sealed because he's still in the fence.

Sources also say the "Golddigger" rapper is requesting that his salary needs to at least match Carey's reported $18 million a year.
