3. Florence Police had a parade of offenders on Crack Cocaine charges. The investigation was named Operation Groomsmen because a bride and groom and five members of their wedding party were involved.

4. A ribbon cutting for the new Blossomwood Elementary took place Friday. Students and parents had a chance to check out the 17 million dollar facility.

5. Huntsville's candidates for mayor were campaigning at Joe Davis Stadium Friday night. Mayor Tommy Battle, Loretta Spencer and Jackie Reed are vying for votes in the August 28th municipal election.

7. Shares of facebook are not living up the hype. Experts are advising investors to cash out now as the stock hit an all time low after hitting the open market on Thursday.

8. A good Samaritan rescued two woman from a burning car on a Mississippi Highway. Passerby's used fire extinguishers from truckers as they tried to put out the flames.

9. A California Restaurant is offering customers a discount for eating without their phones. Owners say about 40 percent of diners take advantage of the five percent discount.
