New Direction for Case Against Band Volunteer - FOX 54 WZDX – Huntsville News, Weather and Sports

The case against a former Discovery Middle School band volunteer is headed in a new direction.

24 year old Bradley Nash withdrew his request for a preliminary hearing and now the case is going to a grand jury.

Nash is charged with possession of child pornography and electronic solicitation of a minor.

Nash was arrested in July after police found obscene images of minors on his computer.
