1. Four women were arrested during a prostitution sting in Huntsville. Each is being charged with soliciting.

2. A new parking deck and 90 thousand square foot addition are in the works for Calhoun's Huntsville campus. The $68 million plan was presented at a state board of education work session.

3. Don Siegelman's daughter is appealing to the president after the former Alabama Governor was convicted of corruption and sentenced to six and half years in prison. So far, her petition has 1,200 signatures.

4. 22 year old Ryan Petersen is facing 3 counts of capital murder after opening fire at a strip club near Dothan. Authorities say he killed three people and wounded a fourth at Teasers in Wicksburg.

5. Heisman trophy finalist Tyrann Mathieu was dismissed from the LSU football program for violating team rules.

6. Apple is reportedly authorizing its retail to offer discounts of 49 dollars on the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 if customers cite lower prices from other outlets. Apple doesn't usually offer to match prices.

7. A harrowing plane crash was caught on tape. Somehow the four Idaho men on board survived when the plane slammed into trees.

8. Crooks were caught on camera driving a car through a wall and trying to steal from a Texas shoe store. The owner chased them off before they could steal anything.

9. A seven year old Leukemia patient is a hero in more ways than one. His wish came true this week as he became batman for a day in Texas.
