Big Bottle Beers on the Way

So-called "bombers" go on sale in Alabama on Wednesday. Thanks to the state's new Gourmet Bottle Law, larger bottles of beer will be available. Beer sellers say connoisseurs have been craving the change.

Dan Perry, owner of Huntsville's Straight-to-Ale Brewery, says it will "...allow them to take higher end, higher alcohol beers and present them in a nicer format, like something you could share at a table in a restaurant."

Alabama is the last state in the country to legalize "bombers".
