Deadly Overnight Shooting in Huntsville - FOX 54 WZDX – Huntsville News, Weather and Sports

Huntsville Police are investigating a deadly shooting.

Police say a domestic situation turned violent at a home on the corner of Westwood Drive and Bragg Street in Northwest Huntsville just after midnight.

Police say the victim, an adult male, had been shot twice and died before paramedics arrived.

Officers say the father confessed and turned himself in to police.

Police also say they have recovered a handgun at the scene.

The victim was identified as 37 year old Michael Button.
