1. At least twelve died when a gunman opened fire at a Colorado movie theater during the premier of the new Batman movie.

2. Raymond Clemmons of Muscle Shoals was arrested for the shooting death of a Florence man. Jerry Ivey was killed in his truck on Central Avenue.

3. A collapsed ceiling at a Huntsville public housing complex sent three people to the hospital. It happened around 2 Friday afternoon on Mason Court.

4. 36 year old Charles Burlingame is dead after crashing his motorcycle on Epworth drive on Chapman mountain.

5. Lieutenant Colonel Jimmy Bowie was honored with the Soldier's Medal. He rescued a woman after her vehicle was swept off the road during the April 27th tornados.

6. Tours underway at the Marshall Space Flight center. You can now get a behind the scenes look at the US Space and Rocket Center for the first time in more than a decade.

7. Two suspects in Utah escaped from police custody. In the surveillance video, first you see a man break the window of a police cruiser and run away still in cuffs. Then later, woman brought in for the same crime breaks out of a cell and flees.

8. A giant military cargo plane landed at the wrong airport. The tiny Florida airport's runway may be too small for the plane to takeoff.

9. A Pennsylvania store owner is getting revenge on people relieving themselves on the wall behind his building. He rigged a camera and shower head in the back alley.
