1. 44 year old Nathan Van Wilkins in custody for the shooting at a Tuscaloosa bar. He's being held on a $1.7 million bond on 17 counts of attempted murder.

2. An argument in Albertville left a man shot in the foot. The altercation between two men happened overnight at a house on Goodwin Road.

3. A Lawrenceburg mother is accused of leaving her 9 month old baby home alone for several hours while celebrating her birthday. The 29 year old was arrested today on one count of child abuse and neglect.

4. An American bulldog is recovering at an Athens animal clinic after investigators say it was thrown out of a camper. The dog has a broken leg and hip. Its owner was arrested for animal cruelty.

5. A woman ended up trapped under a car after an accident on Delia Drive in Huntsville. Police say the woman got out to inspect damage after the wreck and the car that hit her vehicle rolled on top of her because it was not put in park.

6. A life saving catch by a New York Bus driver who caught a seven year old girl who fell out of her apartment window three stories high.

7. The new iPhone five is rumored to be a little thinner than previous models. Details are beginning to trickle out about the new device. Apple has not commented.

8. A California man was living illegally in a wildlife area all alone for months. The makeshift house featured beds, a rock patio, a grill, tables and marijuana plants. He has been arrested and the structure is set to be torn down.

9. A newly single mother in Oregon is taking a creative approach to selling her home. The sign in her yard reads, "husband left us for a 22 year old, house for sale by scorned, slightly bitter owner".
