The owners of the home in Madison where more than 80 dogs were found have now been charged with 47 counts of animal cruelty.
73 year old James Lin and his wife Patricia, 71 live at 815 Crestview Dr.
On June 14th, the dogs were found living in deplorable conditions in the home, some of them barely alive. In all, 84 were found alive and 1 was found dead. Vets had to euthanize many of the animals because of their poor health.
The Lins will appear before a judge in municipal court on the misdemeanor charges.
