Robber Shot by Clerk at Huntsville Gas Station

Huntsville Police are currently investigating an armed robbery that ended after a store clerk shot the suspect.

Police responded to Atlantis Corner at 1176 Old Monrovia Road just before 9:00 p.m.

Police say a masked man armed with a handgun demanded cash from the store clerk. The clerk then shot the man.

Officials say the man died at Huntsville Hospital.
