T-Pain Obama Auto-Tune

T-Pain is a music star known for using a technique called auto-tune. Essentially it's manipulating a person's voice with a synthesizer producing an electrified singing sound. You'll recognize it when you hear it.
ABC talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and T-Pain thought President Obama might gain more ground on his health care agenda if he sang the finer points of his program.
